USEFP International Educational Week Nov 2018

The United State Educational Foundation in Pakistan was established in 1950 by government of Pakistan and United States. USEFP is guided by a binational Commission composed of an equal number of Pakistani and Americans with chair alternating each year between a Pakistani and an American. The Foundation supervises a variety of programs and send Pakistani students and scholars to study in US, while brings American scholars to study in Pakistan in cultural and educational exchange programs.

To celebrate the achievements of Pakistani students studying locally or back from US after graduation; International Education Week ( IEW) was organized by USEFP in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad with multiple activities.

This year in November 2018 SST participated in Annual High Achiever Award ceremony and Cricket Tournament.

The program was organized in elegant manner and started at 5:00 PM by Mrs Shiza Toor & Miss Akna Naeem US Educational Advisors. Almost 17 top notch schools were registered for this event and a number of parents were around. She asked the parents to identify the qualities of their wards and remarkable comments were given by parents for their sons and daughters.

The Chief Guest of the Event USDiplomat Mr Steve Walden Cultural Affairs Officer joined the program in between.

Faris Mascuti’s father also acknowledge him with high words that he throughout his educational life make us proud all the time. He is devoted and dedicated boy who once decides for anything ,keeps struggling to achieve it. He also acknowledged the efforts of Azan and Affan that in boarding system these students are giving honour to SST in regular activities as well as when they represented us at local, provincial and at National Level.

US Diplomat Mr Steve was called on stage to give away certificate to High Achievers.Later US Diplomat addressed the audience and acknowledged Pakistan as a country blessed with Potential Youth.

A Group Photograph session was organized with students and later with student Counselors and Chief Guest.
