Pakistan Navy


The Pakistan Navy is the naval warfare branch of the Pakistan Armed Forces, responsible for Pakistan's 1,046 kilometers of coastline along the Arabian Sea, and the defence of important civilian harbours and military bases. The Pakistan Navy came into the existence after the independence of Pakistan in 1947.


SSTPSR since its inception in 2005- to date is organizing career guidance sessions annually either by Arm Forces or professional Universities from Engineering, Medical, Finances or Fine Arts to facilitate the boys how to go about in their future life.


On Thursday 27 September 2018 SSTPSR invited Commander Zafar Iqbal and his team from Nawabsh to conduct the open house on Navy Recruitment for A level and HSSC students. They showed a motivational video on Pak Navy, exhibiting how cadets underwent tough and rigorous training of life above and under water. They turned out to be daring, strong and brave soldiers of Pak Navy.


The session started at 1030 hours with Talawat followed by the Welcome speech of the Head Boy..Commander Zafar Iqbal, in his lively style, started the session


He urged the boys to join Navy being physically and mentallyfit, talented Pakistani citizens.


At the End of the session, a Question/ Answer was opened for students of G XI, XII & XIII. They asked multiple questions about the type of questions and Paper pattern and vice versa.


Commander Zafar humbly& patiently answered all questions, motivating boys to avail all possible opportunities and be firm in achieving their goal.


Later he again thanked SST for inviting him for this persuasive session. He gave Navy leaflet on admission Criteria form which was distributed among interested students and Leaflet was displayed in all senior classes and bulletin board.
