Abdul Rehman
Islamiyat
The development of a responsible, ethical individual is the foundation of a strong family and a peaceful
society. I am honored to play a part in that journey every day at SST Public School.
Abdur Rahman has been a cornerstone of the SST Public School faculty since 2011. With over a
decade of experience across diverse academic streams, including Edexcel, IGCSE, and FBISE.
He brings both depth and a global perspective to the study of Islamiyat. For Abdur Rahman,
teaching is more than a career; it is a "Prophetic profession" rooted in the responsibility of
nurturing the next generation’s character and faith.
His teaching philosophy centers on the holistic development of the student. By seamlessly
connecting Islamic teachings to everyday life, he encourages learners to bridge the gap between
academic knowledge and spiritual practice. He treats every student with the care of a parent,
striving to remain a calm, merciful, and stable presence in the classroom, regardless of the
challenges the day may bring.
Beyond the syllabus, Abdur Rahman is a dedicated lifelong learner. He believes that to inspire
students, a teacher must remain a student themselves. By anchoring his energy in the Holy Quran
and Hadith, he seeks to build ethical, responsible individuals who will go on to form strong
families and, ultimately, a peaceful and well-balanced society.
